"I wish to go... to Atlantis Bahamas!"

As Seth's sophmore year of high school came to a close in June 2010, and kids his age were preparing for vacations and relaxation in the summer sun, Seth was preparing for a different experience.  Seth had been diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition and would have to spend the entire summer in and out of the hospital enduring a labor of treatments.  But Seth kept a big smile and a strong mind as he went through those difficult months.  A kid like Seth, with such a powerful amount of hope, strength and joy running through his body could not be more deserving of a wish come true.  Having missed out on an entire summer, and knowing that the upcoming academic year would only bring on a new wave of difficulties, Seth decided it was important to him and his mother to take a vacation from the real world.

Seth wished to go to the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas, where he enjoyed the incredible water slides and pools beyond his wild imagination.  Seth also had the opportunity to dine at the incredible restaurants owned and operated by some of the finest chefs in the world, not to mention the amazing experience of actually swimming with stingrays!  But most important of all, Seth was able to just be a kid.  He was able to spend time with his mom, who stood by his side throughout his toughest moments.  Their vacation to paradise in Atlantis gave them both a chance to relax and enjoy being a family.
